James William Morrison has served in the dual capacities of President and Chief Operating Officer of Troy E. Hudson Enterprises, Inc., and its' subsidiaries companies since their inception.  An attorney and counselor of law with substantial years of professional experience, James brings a wealth of senior level executive experience in the areas of corporate law; music and entertainment industry law; employment law; sports law; arbitration; mediation; negotiations and multi-jurisdictional litigation.

A graduate of Marquette University School of Law (JD, 1975), James has served as an Assistant District Attorney for Milwaukee County, Wisconsin; Trial Attorney for the United States Department of justice in Washington, DC. and as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Mr. Morrison has been in the active of private sector of law since 1971. During this time, he has served as a partner in the national law firms of Semmes, Bowen & Semmes, P.C. and  Arter & Hadden, P.C. in addition to the international law firm of Holland & Knight, LLP.  Mr. Morrison currently serves as a partner in the law firm of Cooper-Morrison & Associates, LLC. He has extensive experience in the areas of music, entertainment law and the employee side of professional team sports law. Mr. Morrison's clients primarily consist of professional athletes and entertainers.

Mr. Morrison is a member of the Entertainment and Sports Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the District of Columbia Bar.
